We are recruiting for a well-established, full-service commercial interiors firm serving businesses across corporate, healthcare, hospitality, education, and more. They offer end-to-end solutions — from interior design and space planning to custom furniture manufacturing and project management — delivering turnkey environments that transform how people work.
Due to growth, they are seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to drive new business. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role managing complex, long-cycle sales from initial prospecting through project completion, working alongside architects, developers, general contractors, and business owners.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial real estate, design, and construction
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from cold outreach and proposal development to contract close
- Build and maintain a $1M+ active pipeline
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with brokers, designers, and contractors
- Achieve $500K+ in new revenue within the first year
Qualifications
- • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a demonstrated record of prospecting and closing
- • Experience in commercial real estate, design, construction, or furnishings preferred
- • Strong consultative sales skills and a relationship-first approach
- • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing a full territory independently
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $80,000 | Uncapped commission structure
- Total earnings potential: $200,000+
