Account Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Account Manager/Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $65,000 to $75,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts by handling daily financial transactions, including payables, deposits, and account activity.
• Process invoices, code expenses, and review credit card transactions for accuracy.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies in client accounts.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, including year end documentation and tax related support.
• Communicate regularly with clients to address questions, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in a high volume environment.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and tools such as QuickBooks and financial management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including debit and credit concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
