We are looking to bring on a Senior Property Manager to oversee a 10 building Coop/Condo portfolio and act in a supervisory role as an Account Executive to support the management team. If you have at least 5 years of experience managing Cooperatives and Condominium buildings in NYC, and have directly managed projects, such as Local Law 11, facade restorations, and insurance restorations, and are looking to work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to apply.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a 10 building Condo/Coop portfolio.
  • Lead projects such as exterior facade restorations and Local Law 11 compliance as the owner's rep.
  • Act as a supervisory Account Executive to support the management team.
  • Oversee the compliance department for violations and Local Laws.
  • Conduct property inspections, ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal regulations, including fire safety, building codes, and health regulations.
  • Assist with responding to and following up on all unit owner complaints and issues on a timely basis to ensure satisfaction with management and the property.
  • Manage and execute resident maintenance and repair requests with staff, superintendents, porters, and contractors.
  • Bid, select and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers, process work orders and payables to vendors.
  • Run board and annual meetings, draft and distribute notices to shareholders, and communicate with boards.
  • Prepare the property operating budget, review financials and expense analysis.
  • Prepare and/or implement procedures and systems within company guidelines to ensure orderly, efficient workflow. Assisting the Executive team in analyzing staff KPI performance.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience managing condo/coop buildings in New York City
  • Project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational/technical training
  • Experience with Microsoft office, Excel, Adobe, AvidXchange, and management CRMs
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
  • Supervisory experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


Base salary range: $125,000-$140,000, commensurate with experience.

In addition to salary, HPM offers commission, profit sharing and benefits including health insurance, life insurance, dental, vision, 401k.
