Tech Savvy Client Success Manager / Account Manager (English)
Location: Remote (U.S. EST hours, 9 AM – 6 PM)

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Client Success Manager to own client relationships and drive retention across 25–30 accounts.
You’ll be the face for our clients in the home-service niched marketing agency. This role requires fluent English (little to no accent), strong tech-savviness, and a background in marketing/lead generation through ads.
Your mission: keep clients happy, on board, and growing. From onboarding to execution to upsells — you’re the face of the relationship.
Core Responsibilities
💬 Client Communication: Manage daily client communication via Zoom, Slack, email, and Loom with clear, fluent English.
📊 Reporting & Performance: Present campaign performance, explain results in plain language, and educate clients on marketing strategy.
📅 Onboarding & Retention: Lead onboarding calls, handle client concerns, and fight cancellations with solutions-focused conversations.
✅ Task & Project Tracking: Use Asana and GoHighLevel to track deliverables, follow up with team members, and keep tasks moving.
📝 Documentation & Notes: Keep detailed notes, updates, and client records organized and up-to-date.
🚀 Upsell Opportunities: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and collaborate with sales to close them.
🔧 Problem-Solving: Proactively surface risks or issues and bring solutions before they become client problems.
What Success Looks Like
- Clients feel understood, supported, educated, and confident in their campaigns.
- Accounts renew consistently — cancellations are rare and fought with strong retention efforts.
- Deliverables are completed on time, with no missed communication or dropped tasks.
- Performance insights and wins are shared clearly with clients and internal teams.
- Upsell opportunities are identified and handed off smoothly.
Qualifications
- Fluent English (near-native, little to no accent)
- Tech savvy — strong with tools like Zoom, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs.
- Marketing & lead generation background — experience with ads (Facebook, Google, funnels).
- 2+ years of client-facing account management or CSM experience (agency experience a plus).
- Strong communicator — confident, professional, and able to simplify complex results.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple accounts.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to de-escalate client frustrations.
Work Hours & Structure
- Full-time role (40 hours/week).
- Core working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (with 1-hour break flexible).
