Position Summary
The Regional Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned territory by developing new customer relationships and expanding existing accounts. This role focuses on both service/maintenance programs and re-roofing opportunities with national, regional, and local commercial clients. This position will also be instrumental in introducing our larger customers to the SITE platform for property analysis.
Essential Functions
- Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial roofing business within the assigned region.
- Promote and sell service and maintenance programs, emergency repairs, and asset-management-driven solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from qualification and surveys to proposal delivery and deal close.
- Partner with operations teams to ensure accurate proposals, project success, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Salesforce entries with accurate pipeline and opportunity forecasting.
- Build and strengthen relationships with property managers, facility executives, general contractors, and consultants.
- Attend industry and networking events as required to grow market presence.
- Conduct site evaluations and collaborate with technical experts to provide solutions-based proposals.
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and profitability expectations.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience required; commercial roofing or construction experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of cost structures, gross margin, and customer value propositions.
- Proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Self-driven with strong organization and territory management capabilities.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally as needed.

Work Environment
This position involves working indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow. Travel to onsite work locations is required, both within the state and occasionally out of state. Reliable transportation and flexibility with travel schedules are essential. All necessary safety equipment and training will be provided to ensure a secure and productive work environment.
Physical Demands
This role requires the individual to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word; those activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly. This role requires the individual to make substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers often. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; and/or extensive reading. Candidates must be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions year-round. Responsibilities include frequent lifting and carrying of materials or equipment, regular climbing and working from ladders, and extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
40 hours per week. Full time.
