- Salary Range: $75,000-$95,000 DOE

We’re looking for an Account Manager who bridges client relations, marketing calendars, and campaign execution. This person will support senior leadership in managing day-to-day operations for client accounts ensuring each project moves efficiently from kickoff through fulfillment.
This is the perfect role for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves in a fast-paced environment, juggling details across multiple projects, and growing with an entrepreneurial, creative team that turns bold ideas into real impact.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client updates, timelines, and deliverables
- Support senior account leads in preparing client presentations, recaps, and campaign reports
- Track client requests, approvals, and status updates using project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Monday.com, Asana, or HubSpot)
- Assist in identifying and executing in-market opportunities for projects (window displays, pop-ups, events, etc)
- Coordinate cross-functional updates between marketing, operations, product and finance
- Prepare weekly status updates and highlight key wins or blockers for leadership review
- Ensure campaign assets, approvals, and materials are properly documented in shared systems
- Identify opportunities to improve processes or client experiences
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or operations, a plus if you have e-commerce, sports, or creative production experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in client-facing interactions
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, CRM or PM tools (HubSpot, Asana, Monday, etc.)
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Thrives in a fast-moving, build-as-you-go environment
- Passion for sports, sustainability, collectibles, or storytelling is a plus
- You’ll help turn real sports history into meaningful, tangible keepsakes
- You’ll have ownership, trust and real impact from day one
- You’ll work with a passionate, fast-moving team that cares deeply about doing things the right way
- This position is hybrid, with a mix of remote work and in-office days (Northbrook, IL), based on team needs and collaboration

If vendors slip, we slip. You’ll be directly responsible for product readiness, margins, and execution across the business.
