Role Overview
KLDiscovery is seeking a Strategic Builder and hands-on operator to lead the development of high-impact, insight-driven content. The ideal candidate will transform complex legal, technical, and data-driven concepts into compelling narratives to strengthen brand authority, engagement, and drive measurable pipeline growth. This role requires proficiency in using AI as a force multiplier for content generation, refinement, and optimization while maintaining strict standards for accuracy and tone.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning: Build content strategy aligned to the buyer journey and develop quarterly plans tied to campaigns and go-to-market priorities.
- Content Development: Create white papers, case studies, blogs, and webinars; translate complex eDiscovery topics into clear, engaging content.
- AI-Driven Creation: Leverage generative AI tools and prompt engineering to ideate, create, and refine high-quality, on-brand outputs.
- Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and SMEs to ensure accuracy and support sales enablement.
- SEO & Performance: Optimize content for search (SEO/GEO/AIO), track metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion), and refine performance using analytics.
- Lead Generation: Develop gated content to support lead nurturing and drive MQL/SQL growth aligning with pipeline goals.
- 5 to 8+ years of content marketing experience in B2B, SaaS, or legal technology.
- Proven ability to create high-quality, technical content for professional or enterprise audiences.
- Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools for content creation, including prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, demand generation, and pipeline growth.
- Experience with SEO/GEO/AIO best practices and analytical tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in eDiscovery, legal technology, or litigation support.
- Understanding of legal workflows and data management.
Success will be measured by content contribution to pipeline/revenue, engagement metrics, conversion rates (Content to MQL/SQL), and growth in organic traffic and SEO/GEO/AIO performance.
