We're adding to our team! We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to play a critical role in integrating people, process, data, and technology to support E Tech Group's growth across industries. You will own the operational backbone of marketing—martech, data integrity, reporting and analytics, budgeting support, and process optimization—while partnering closely with marketing, sales, finance, IT, and customer-facing teams. The Senior Marketing Operations Manager ensures marketing operates as a high-performing, data-driven revenue partner in a complex, technical B2B organization.
You will:
- Design, document, and optimize scalable marketing processes supporting demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), events, digital programs, and customer marketing.
- Partner with sales, sales operations, and revenue leadership to align lead, account, and opportunity management from first touch through closed-won revenue.
- Support operational budget oversight to ensure marketing investments align with growth priorities and enterprise financial requirements.
- Support annual and quarterly marketing budget planning, tracking, and forecasting in coordination with finance.
- Manage marketing vendors and agencies, including contracts, renewals, and SLA performance.
- Enable scenario planning and resource prioritization to support organic growth and acquisition-driven expansion.
- Own marketing performance reporting across the funnel, including target account engagement, campaign performance, pipeline contribution, revenue influence, and ROI.
- Build and maintain dashboards and executive-ready reporting for marketing and revenue leadership.
- Provide insights that inform GTM strategy, industry prioritization, and marketing investment decisions.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and health of marketing and prospect data across systems.
- Maintain compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements relevant to global and regulated industries.
- Improve segmentation, targeting, and scoring models using firmographic, technographic, intent, and behavioral data.
- Train and support marketing team members on tools, dashboards, and operational best practices.
- Serve as a trusted operational advisor to demand generation, content, digital, field, and customer marketing teams.
- Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and operational discipline
- Act as a central point of coordination between marketing, sales, finance, IT, and customer-facing teams.
- Advocate for marketing team's impact and ensure visibility into how marketing supports E Tech Group's Main Automation Partner positioning.
- Support post-acquisition integration through standardized processes, tools, and reporting.
- Be an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Marketing technology or analytics certifications are a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related function in B2B, technology, engineering, or industrial services environments.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing martech stacks and CRM integrations in complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, ABM, funnel management, and revenue attribution.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct reporting relationships.
- Proven skill in influencing outcomes across teams.
