Role OverviewThe Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the organization’s end-to-end digital presence, including website ownership, social media strategy, integrated digital campaigns, and marketing technology enablement at a global level. This role requires a forward-thinking, technology-driven marketer who leverages modern marketing platforms, AI-enabled tools, automation, analytics, and performance marketing frameworks to deliver measurable business outcomes. This is not a traditional SEO-centric role; the emphasis is on digital experience, engagement, campaign performance, and technology-enabled growth.Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously enhance the corporate website strategy, performance, user experience, and content architecture
- Manage landing pages and digital journeys to improve engagement and conversion outcomes
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global social media strategy to strengthen brand presence and engagement
- Drive content calendars aligned with business and commercial priorities
- Leverage data, analytics, AI, and automation tools to optimize digital content and campaign performance
- Conduct ongoing market, industry, and competitive research to inform digital strategy and positioning
- Identify and implement modern marketing technologies, including CRM and marketing automation integrations
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track digital performance, ROI, and KPIs
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
- Plan and manage digital webinars and virtual events, ensuring effective lead capture and handover to sales
- Develop and publish thought leadership content such as white papers, insights, and industry perspectives

- Contributory input into budget, investment, brand positioning, technology governance, and performance KPIs
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing roles
- Proven experience managing corporate websites and full-funnel digital campaigns
- Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate across global stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled marketing tools for personalization, segmentation, and automation
- Strong capability in analytics, reporting platforms, and performance dashboards
- Deep understanding of digital performance metrics, attribution models, and campaign ROI measurement
- Familiarity with modern web technologies and digital experience optimization
