You will collaborate across business, technology, and operations to define and deliver scalable, low-friction claims capabilities that improve affordability and outcomes for providers, members, and internal stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the claims pre-processing product strategy using structured product and process frameworks
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clearly defined capabilities, features, and outcomes
- Apply methodical approaches to decision making, including hypothesis-driven discovery, root-cause analysis, and opportunity sizing
- Lead initiatives across the full product lifecycle: Ideate, Define, Build, Launch, Manage, and Sunset
- Develop clear product artefacts such as problem statements, value propositions, roadmaps, and success metrics
- Independently manage cross-segment, high-complexity initiatives requiring influence without authority
- Partner closely with data scientist, terminology, engineering, client services, data, and operations to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery
- Prepare and present concise, executive-ready updates to senior stakeholders
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to understand industry trends, gaps, and opportunities within US healthcare claims
- Champion standardization where it adds value, while retaining flexibility for innovation
- Set clear expectations on outcomes, decision quality, and execution discipline
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years in a Product Manager role
- Experience in US healthcare is a must, preferably across payer or provider value chains
- Experience building capital requests, cost-benefit analyses, and business cases
- Proven expertise working with large-scale, complex platforms in B2B or B2C environments
- Proven solid ability to work independently on ambiguous, high-impact problems
- Demonstrated capability to analyze data from multiple sources and translate insights into action
- Proven excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level storytelling
- Proven self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
