Title: Account Executive

Type: Full-Time

Location: NYC

Onsite: Hybrid 3 days/week

Salary: $70-80k

We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Account Executive to help bring bold brand experiences to life. This role is ideal for a highly organized marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of client service, experiential execution, and cross-functional coordination. The Account Executive will support the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns, live events, retail programs, and consumer activations while serving as a reliable day-to-day partner to clients, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by fast-paced agency work that demands strategic thinking, adaptability, and flawless follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day client communications and help maintain strong, trusted relationships across multiple accounts.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure projects move efficiently from briefing through execution and recap.
  • Assist in developing project timelines, status updates, meeting notes, deliverables, and action plans.
  • Contribute to brainstorms, presentation development, and program recommendations grounded in consumer and cultural insights.
  • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and help reconcile program actuals against approved estimates.
  • Help manage event logistics, production schedules, and vendor communications to support seamless program execution.
  • Track project milestones and flag risks proactively, helping keep teams aligned and informed.
  • Support post-program reporting by gathering results, insights, photos, and key learnings for client recaps.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, marketing, events, experiential, or agency environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, production, and vendor teams.
  • Proficiency in presentation software, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
