Job Summary

We are looking for a fully-rounded Automotive Services Product Manager to lead the creation and growth of a brand-new automotive service designed to empower professionals and enhance their day-to-day operations. This is a unique opportunity to launch a product from 0 to 1, shaping its vision, defining its strategy, and driving its success in the market.

As a Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of this new service, working closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, Customer Success, and Business stakeholders. You will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring we deliver meaningful value while building a scalable and competitive product.

Goals & Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the Product Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap for a new automotive service offering.
  • Lead the product from discovery to launch and scale, ensuring strong product-market fit.
  • Identify and deeply understand customer workflows, operational pain points, and business needs.
  • Translate complex business processes into intuitive, efficient, and scalable digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development to ensure alignment and adoption.
  • Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation and validation to delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Drive lean experimentation and iterative development using a Build-Measure-Learn approach.
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring maximum value delivery and ROI.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and continuously optimize performance.
  • Ensure seamless integration of the product within the broader ecosystem of marketplace services.
  • Evangelize the product internally and externally, supporting go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong focus on usability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management roles.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving real business problems.
  • Proven experience launching and scaling digital products (ideally from 0 to 1).
  • Solid understanding of operational workflows and business process optimization.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to move between strategy and execution.
  • Experience in Automotive, Mobility, or Marketplace environments.
  • Background in SaaS platforms such as CRM, DMS, or similar operational tools.
  • Experience working with professional users (dealers, SMBs, or enterprise clients).
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and ecosystem-based products.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
