About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales professional to drive the growth of United Imaging Healthcare (UIH) in Thailand. This role will take ownership of regional sales strategy execution, key account development, and market expansion across diagnostic imaging products.
The ideal candidate is a local Thai sales leader with strong experience in the healthcare or diagnostic imaging industry, capable of managing complex sales cycles and engaging with key stakeholders across public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share of UIH diagnostic imaging products in Thailand
- Manage and support regional sales channels and partners to achieve assigned sales targets
- Participate in tender and bidding processes, including pricing strategy, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation
- Coordinate closely with Marketing, Service, Logistics, and HQ teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company in regional marketing activities, exhibitions, and industry events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospitals, distributors, KOLs, and government-related stakeholders
- Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues, driving internal alignment to resolve problems efficiently
- Conduct market intelligence analysis, including competitor benchmarking and local policy assessment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Medical, Biomedical, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in the healthcare industry
- Diagnostic imaging equipment experience (MRI / CT / XR / MI) is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem, tender processes, and purchasing behavior in Thailand
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments
- Results-driven, customer-oriented, with strong ownership and accountability
