Account Manager

About the Role

The Account Manager will oversee all accounting functions related to BOI compliance and tax optimization, ensuring adherence to regulations and maximizing benefits.

Responsibilities

• BOI Management:
• Oversee all BOI-related accounting and reporting requirements.
• Manage the utilization of tax incentives and ensure strict compliance with BOI regulations.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for BOI project progress and audit certifications.

• Financial Management & Reporting:
• Supervise the preparation of accurate and timely monthly/annual financial statements.
• Ensure all accounting practices align with TFRS and international standards.
• Review high-level reconciliations and manage the month-end/year-end closing process.

• Audit & Compliance:
• Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax authorities.
• Leverage audit expertise to implement robust internal controls and streamline accounting workflows.
• Manage corporate income tax, deferred tax, and complex tax filings.

• Strategic Leadership:
• Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team to maintain high performance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Nationality: Thai Nationality Only.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting.
• Professional Background: Must have prior experience as an Auditor from a Big 4 Accounting Firm (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG).

Required Skills

• Expertise: Knowledge of BOI regulations, reporting, and tax privileges.
• Strong technical knowledge of Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS).
• Experience with Oracle or similar high-tier ERP systems is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of professional integrity and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills (English proficiency is a plus).
