With proven market success in Germany and Switzerland, partnerships with health insurers, and collaborations with leading international research institutions, we are entering our next growth phase. Supported by the German Accelerator program in the US, we are expanding globally — and are looking for a key person to drive this journey.


This role offers a clear path toward a COO position, ideal for entrepreneurial individuals who want to actively shape a company rather than just work within it.


Tasks

  • Build, develop, and manage strategic partnerships (e.g., health insurers, digital platforms, international partners)


Identify and unlock new growth and collaboration opportunities


Support fundraising activities and investor relations


Develop and execute go-to-market strategies together with partners


Drive and expand business development initiatives


Collaborate closely with product, operations, and the founding team


Contribute to international expansion (DACH, US, global)


Help shape the long-term strategic direction of the company


Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility


Experience or strong interest in business development, partnerships, or strategy


Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders


Strong analytical and structured working style


Excellent communication and negotiation skills


Willingness and potential to take on leadership responsibility early


Fluent in English and German


Passion for digital health, psychology, or healthcare innovation


Based in Berlin or willing to relocate (remote within Germany possible)You are self-reliant and responsible
