Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with B2B clients.
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Native German speaker with good English skills (B2 level or higher).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, including cold calling and upselling.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work shifts within standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 7 PM (rotating shifts: 9–17, 10–18, 11–19).

Relocation Support (for candidates relocating to Greece):

Please Note:

  • Candidates relocating from abroad must be in Athens 7 days before the start date to complete onboarding.
  • Relocated employees are required to work onsite for at least 3 months, unless they already have housing and a confirmed internet connection in Greece.
  • Flight tickets are not covered, but up to €300 may be reimbursed.
  • After the initial 3 weeks of accommodation, no assistance with long-term housing will be provided.

Contract Details:

  • Permanent contract.
  • 40-hour workweek (8 hours/day, 5 days/week).
  • Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM (rotational shifts).
