Expert Finance - Accounting (all genders)

For our Consolidation & Treasury Team we are looking for a motivated Expert Finance - Accounting (all genders) to join us in our Berlin office.

Your tasks will include:

• Lead end-to-end preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (HGB/IFRS)
• Oversee tax compliance (VAT, corporate, trade) and serve as the primary liaison for external auditors and tax authorities
• Drive process optimization, automation, and digitalization in ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA), focusing on Fast Close and internal controls (ICS/GoBD)
• Manage general ledger, complex banking activities, and cross-border inter-company reconciliations
• Provide strategic advisory on German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS, and proactively research evolving accounting regulations

Requirements

• Professional expertise in German HGB and IFRS
• Professional SAP S/4HANA (FI module) and advanced CO module knowledge
• C1+ proficiency in German and English
• Experience with Fast Close, ICS, and GoBD compliance
• Strong stakeholder management and audit compliance background
