They can assist in the conversion of power from your local/onsite renewable source into reliable electricity for your facility and connect to the grid with ease.
- EV DC Fast Chargers: Ultra-fast DC EV charging stations with the potential for onsite power. Our platform design enables easy and efficient scaling to meet the demands of the growing EV market.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development of our EV charging products, by formulating and implementing sophisticated strategies for product enhancement.
- Develop, conduct, and analyze system-level performance tests to optimize product efficacy and proficiency, leveraging your comprehensive understanding of microgrid systems and EV charging technologies.
- Implement structured problem-solving approaches, identifying possible challenges and crafting proactive plans to mitigate risks timely.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D team on both current and future developments, bringing your technical know-how to influence our strategic direction and product evolution.
- Monitor market insights and emerging trends, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure Verdyn remains an industry leader.
- Mentor and support the engineering teams, developing an environment of constant learning and innovation.
- A Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Control Systems, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in DC Microgrid systems and EV charging infrastructure development.
- Certification in Project Management, Product Owner or relevant certificate.
- Excellent problem-solving acumen, showcased in a complex, high-intensity environment.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to explain intricate topics to a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Great leadership skills, with experience managing teams and leading strategic projects.
- Competency in managing several projects at once, and balancing competing priorities effectively.
