IDR is rapidly expanding our Sales team in the Atlanta office in June & August 2026! We're looking for a sales driven individual to join our team with the goal of becoming an Account Manager. The staffing world is made up of two roles: recruiting and account management. Recruiting and Account Management are sales roles, the main difference is who you are selling to. Recruiters connect with talent, while Account Managers are on the B2B side interacting with businesses. Both roles work in unison to fulfill our clients’ needs. We start everyone in the recruiter role with the opportunity to progress into SDR.
