We are now seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Key Account Manager to join the Scandinavian Sales team. If you love beauty and have a passion for working in sales, this is an amazing opportunity to join Lumene Group!


The role is based in our office in central Stockholm, where you will work alongside colleagues working with all our brands; LUMENE, IDA WARG Beauty, CUTRIN and PROMISE.


The role

In this role, you will be pivotal in continuing our successful journey of building LUMENE & IDA WARG Beauty into leading Nordic Beauty brands with a focus on the Norwegian market. As Key Account Manager you will have an opportunity to shape our customer strategies and partnerships, collaborate with international and cross-functional teams, and drive impactful sales initiatives.


Main tasks:

  • Build and nurture long term customer relationships to create mutual success for Lumene Group and our Scandinavian customers.
  • Develop customer strategy and business plan: long term and short-term strategy to deliver on Lumene Group strategy and must win battles.
  • Create and execute an annual customer business plan for the coming year with focus on key strategic growth initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, addressing and resolving issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Have a sharp commercial instinct and a genuine enthusiasm for sales, always bringing a proactive, hands-on approach to your work. Analytical and organized, you are quick to find solutions and do not shy away from challenges. You enjoy fast-paced, evolving environments and are always on the lookout for ways to improve. Building lasting relationships comes naturally to you, both with customers or colleagues, and you communicate clearly and effectively. You are comfortable working both on your own and as part of a wider team, and you know how to turn insights into action. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to keep learning, you work well with stakeholder both internally and externally.


What we believe you have
  • A couple years of experience working as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within sales, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • A university-level degree in business administration, marketing, or within a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of successfully building customer collaborations and creating joint sales value.
  • Proven track record of strong relationship building and negotiations with external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge or fluency in Norwegian is merited.
  • Experience from working with different retailers within the beauty- and/or fashion industry, ideally brick-and-mortars is merited.
