We are looking for an Art Director (100%).


Not a traditional designer.


We are looking for the creative mind behind our entire brand powerhouse.


Someone with a deep understanding of FMCG design. Someone who knows what stops consumers at shelf, captures attention and drives sales.


Someone who takes ownership. From packaging and brand worlds to the smallest details that ultimately make the difference.


Someone who challenges existing ideas, wants to improve things and does not accept “the way it has always been done.”


This role is demanding, fast-paced and highly hands-on.


We are not looking for an administrator.


We are looking for a builder.


Someone who takes ownership, moves fast and executes with high quality.


Someone who wants to actively shape and grow brands. Not only conceptually, but all the way through to finished products in the market.


Aufgaben

You own everything that moves our brands visually and creatively forward with a clear focus on FMCG performance in the market.



  • Develop and execute creative concepts across all brands with a focus on visibility, recognition and impact

  • Build, sharpen and continuously evolve strong brand worlds with a consistent visual identity

  • Challenge existing approaches and actively improve things instead of simply maintaining them

  • Design packaging with clear FMCG logic: attention-grabbing, brand-right and built to convert at shelf

  • Develop web, social and marketing assets focused on performance, not aesthetics alone

  • Turn ideas into reality quickly, pragmatically and efficiently without getting stuck in endless feedback loops

  • Actively leverage AI and modern tools to improve workflows, speed and creative output

  • Lead projects independently from idea to finished product in market

  • Manage freelancers and external partners with a high quality standard

  • Work closely with the Head of Brands and the broader team

  • Think beyond design with a holistic perspective from products and communication to the physical environment

Qualifikation

  • 2–5+ years of experience in a creative role (Design, Art Direction or similar)

  • Strong portfolio with real FMCG or retail work and proven execution

  • Very strong Figma skills with experience in UI and web

  • Experience across packaging, social media, web and print

  • Deep understanding of FMCG design, retail and consumer behavior

  • You challenge things and constantly look for ways to improve them

  • You do not only think about aesthetics, but about impact, performance and results

  • You are independent, hands-on, fast and solution-oriented

  • You take initiative and actively drive projects forward

  • You take ownership instead of waiting for instructions

  • You use AI as a practical tool in your daily creative workflow

  • German & English
