CFM Product Line Manager

A global leader in commercial aviation support services, specializing in engine material support. Offering services such as Material Support for Engine Shop Visits, Engine Procurement & Managed Disassembly, Material Purchasing & Consignment, Engine & Component Repair Management and Aftermarket Parts Stocking & Redistribution.

As a CFM Sales Manger, your role will be dynamic and impactful. You'll be responsible for:

• Selling the company's inventory and procuring commercial aircraft engine parts to meet customer requirements and maintain stock levels.
• Cultivating long-term relationships and actively seeking opportunities on a daily basis.
• Oversee product line, responding to quotes, reviewing inventory, analyzing data line and repair
• Maximizing revenue and profit while minimizing costs to ensure sustainable growth.
• Managing customer accounts and nurturing both existing and new business relations to maximize trading opportunities.
• Conducting market analysis and identifying customer requirements to ensure on-time delivery and a high level of service.
• Occasional travel to meet with customers and attend industry conferences.

We're seeking a highly qualified candidate who possesses:

• 5+ years of experience in engine parts trading, procurement, product line management, or engine teardown areas.
• Prior experience in selling, trading or leasing commercial CFM engine parts.
• Strong sales and customer support experience with a dedication to providing top-notch service.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for interactions at all levels.
• A team-oriented mindset with exceptional negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
• A solid understanding of the engine USM aftermarket and pre-existing relationships with airlines, engine parts traders, and repair shops.
• Passionate and a Team Player.
