- Establish and grow productive, professional relationships with retail owners, buyers, managers and personnel.
- Strive to ensure all of our Company's retail execution standards are being met.
- Execute retail programs as defined by our Company's chain management and ensures planogram integrity.
- Review and adjust customer generated orders.
- Take inventory and write replenishment orders.
- Seek out opportunities and effectively sell in new product placements, displays, and resets.
- Refresh and rotate existing product, displays and responsible for all merchandising activities.
- Execute the following:
- Organize product in the back room.
- Ensure product is rotated according to SBG's product quality standards.
- Fill U-Boats if necessary.
- Fill shelves and coolers from displays
- Attend resets in his or her accounts as requested by the Regional Director.
- Work safely and follow policies and procedures.
- Work cooperatively with delivery and merchandising support .
- Maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Previous sales experience
- Ability to problem solve and influence others
- Knowledge of customers service standards
- Problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to maneuver 168-pound kegs and 35-pound cases on a regular basis
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
