We're looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to own and optimize Salesforce and key business systems across Sales, Marketing, Support and Finance, and drive automation and AI-powered efficiencies using Salesforce's latest AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud administration, configuration and automation experience
- Experience identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Ability to gather requirements, map processes and translate business needs into scalable system solutions
