We are seeking a Senior ICT Engineer to join our team in Košice, Slovakia. As a Senior ICT Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining a stable technical infrastructure to support our business processes. You will diagnose and resolve complex tickets, investigate root causes of incidents, and create technical documentation to support IT services.
Requirements
- Experience at ICT System Engineering
- Advanced Virtualization platform knowledge, Windows, Linux, Network, Storage
- Analytical thinking, training and mentoring skills, team cooperation skills
- Knowledge of the ITIL processes
- Willingness to participate on on-call duties
- English language proficiency (B2 level)
