We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to lead the Core Infrastructure team in San Francisco, California. This role involves taking ownership of Zip’s Kubernetes platform, observability and deployment tooling.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience in infrastructures.
- BS or higher, in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g. physics or math)
- Experience working with some of the key systems used at Zip, such as Kubernetes/EKS, Multi-region, Networking, Observability, Reliability and Efficiency
- Ability and interest to quickly learn new frameworks, architecture patterns, and programming languages as needed
