HappyRobot is looking for a Deployment Strategist to join their team. The successful candidate will partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to lead use case discovery, scoping, and prototyping, and will prioritize and manage deployments across the active deployments in an account. The role requires a strong strategic instinct, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to prioritize ruthlessly across multiple workstreams.
Requirements
- Background that mixes technical depth with strategic instinct
- Comfortable coding using LLMs and AI-powered tools
- Working understanding of APIs, integrations, and how AI agents sit inside enterprise workflows
- Strategic instinct to spot business value behind a workflow
- Excellent communication skills with both executives and operators
- Proven ability to prioritize ruthlessly across multiple workstreams
