Strategic Operations Associate

Prompt is seeking a Strategic Operations Associate to join their Operations team. The ideal candidate is analytical, resourceful, and proactive, with experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or business operations. The role will support strategic projects, data analysis, and execution, and will involve working closely with senior leadership on projects that shape Prompt's growth and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, business operations, or a similarly analytical/project-based role
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to structure problems, work with data, identify insights, and support strategic decision-making
• Comfort working in Google Sheets or Excel for analysis, modeling, tracking, and reporting
• Strong ability to conduct market research, competitive research, and business analysis using a combination of internal data, external sources, and AI tools
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate across stakeholders, track progress, and ensure follow-through in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear updates, memos, presentations, and recommendations
• Ability to operate effectively when problems are not fully defined, and comfort with asking the right questions, developing structure, and moving work forward without step-by-step instructions
