We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Engineering to lead our India-based engineering teams responsible for advancing our core Point-of-Sale (POS) platform and integrated payment systems. This senior technical leader will direct multi-disciplinary development teams working on high-performance, secure, and scalable POS applications and deliver robust payment and transaction processing solutions that power thousands of restaurant locations worldwide.
Requirements
- Lead, grow, and mentor India-based engineering teams working on core POS and integrated payment processing systems
- Drive the evolution of our expanding agent workforce that will architect, design, code, and test helping to hyper charge the productivity of our human software engineers
- Architect and oversee the design and implementation of secure, high-performance, and scalable POS and payment modules
- Ensure robust transaction processing, data security, and high system uptime to meet the demands of high-volume restaurant environments
