We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Ops team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for solving problems through systems, delivering high-quality Salesforce support, and ensuring user adoption of new features and processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience supporting Salesforce in an operations, coordination, or system support role
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data structures
- Experience with data imports, exports, and validation processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear system documentation
- Experience in QA testing for new features or system changes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, cross-functional environment
