Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher (VAN) for a full-time, on-site position based in Pančevo. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating transportation routes, monitoring the status of drivers and vehicles, maintaining communication with clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving potential logistical challenges. You will also ensure compliance with regulations, optimize routes, and manage any unexpected situations that arise during transportation operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in dispatching and logistics coordination
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in route planning and optimization
- Familiarity with transportation regulations and industry best practices
- Ability to operate dispatching software and other relevant tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Previous experience in the transportation or logistics industry is desirable
