- Possess strong assertiveness and the ability to advocate effectively.
- Think logically and in a structured manner.
- Have excellent interpersonal insight and communication skills.
- Build trust easily and manage diverse personalities well.
- Have at least a basic knowledge of the hotel or tourism industry.
- Are a confident negotiator and remain solution-oriented in conflict situations.
- Are results-oriented and capable of working independently.

- 1–3 years of experience in sales
- Outstanding negotiation skills and confidence
- Strong sales flair and willingness to travel (mobility)
- Proactive, dynamic personality
- Precision and reliability
- At least intermediate English (intermediate and verbal)
- Category B driving license and active driving experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
