We’re looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to join our Commercial team in Hungary, taking ownership of some of our most important restaurant partners — from well-known international chains to strong local brands.
This is not a “sit behind a desk” role. This is for someone who wants to be out there — building relationships, closing deals, and driving real commercial growth.
You’ll manage and grow existing partnerships while actively identifying new opportunities: upselling services, negotiating campaigns, and ensuring your portfolio consistently delivers strong results.

Your mission
- Manage and grow relationships with key restaurant partners across Hungary
- Expertise in strategic planning
- Create high quality pitch decks and pitch them with high efficiency to vendors
- Drive sales performance through upselling, campaigns, and commercial initiatives
- Lead negotiations on vendor-funded deals and marketing investments
- Identify growth opportunities within your portfolio and act on them
- Support partners in their daily operations (campaigns, visibility, pricing)
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance, Analytics) to maximize results
- Spend time in the field — meeting partners, building trust, and strengthening relationships

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, Key Account Management, or similar roles
- Strong background in B2B sales; experience in food, retail, or FMCG is a plus
- Proven ability to hit targets and drive revenue growth
- Comfortable with negotiations and closing deals
- Hands-on, proactive, and action-oriented mindset
- Experience working with KPIs and performance targets
- Confident using Excel (Salesforce is a plus)
- Fluent Hungarian and working proficiency in English
- Driver’s license
