Your Mission
As a Key Account Manager Railway (all genders), you play a central role within our cross‑unit sales team. You are responsible for developing the business plan for your region, defining strategic initiatives, and driving market activities.Your mission includes:
- Managing key accounts and projects in the railway superstructure sector
- Identifying and acquiring new projects
- Establishing new contacts and expanding existing professional networks
- Reviewing technical documents, specifications, and drawings (internal and external)
- Developing technical solutions and customer proposals in collaboration with technical experts and inside sales colleagues
- Taking ownership of the sales and marketing strategy in your assigned region
- Planning and conducting sales events, seminars and training sessions (internal and external)
Your Workday
- You move confidently between customer interaction, technical analysis, opportunity development and internal coordination
- You collaborate closely with colleagues from Sales, Engineering and Product Management
- You maintain regular communication with key stakeholders and project partners
- You conduct regular customer visits across your region to strengthen relationships, understand project needs firsthand and identify new business opportunities
- Your work contributes directly to business growth, strong customer relationships and impactful railway infrastructure solutions
Your Profile
- Successfully completed business studies or a comparable qualification in connection with a high level of technical knowledge
- Experience of at least 3 years in a similar sales position required
- Work experience in the railway business is a big benefit
- Project management skills are advantageous
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively
- Strong customer and service orientation and a high degree of independence
- Fluent in Portuguese (brazilian) and English at a negotiation level
