As we scale, we are looking for a driven Account Manager to manage key customer accounts, grow revenue, and develop new business opportunities.
Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for managing existing customer accounts, growing revenue from assigned accounts, and developing new business opportunities.
This role focuses on relationship management, solution selling, and closing deals, working closely with Pre-Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams.
You should be commercially driven, organised, and comfortable engaging customers at both operational and management levels.
Key Responsibilities - Account & Relationship Management
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Willowmore solutions
Key Responsibilities - Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial terms
- Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets
- Support tender submissions and bids where required
Key Responsibilities - Solution & Proposal Support
- Work with Pre-Sales and Technical teams to develop solution proposals
- Present solutions clearly and confidently to customers
- Support product demonstrations, trials, and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Coordinate onboarding and post-sales handover
Key Responsibilities - Market Development
- Work closely with the Marketing team
- Identify growth opportunities within target markets
- Support go-to-market initiatives
- Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends
Key Responsibilities - Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Technology, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Provide structured customer feedback to improve products and services
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in technology, SaaS, IoT, security, or smart building solutions preferred
- Experience handling tenders and enterprise customers is an advantage
Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident engaging customers at different organisational levels
- Commercially minded and target-driven
- Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Odoo, Zoho, or similar)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage
