- Fostering and build good customer relationship at all levels for revenue growth and customer retention.
- Challenging beyond status quo to generate, identify business opportunities and synergy with customers in areas of cooperation.
- Working with Solution Manager & Sales Specialists to propose relevant and cost effective ICT solutions for corporate customers, covering local, managed and hosting services.
- Understanding and identifying corporate customers’ ICT and hosting needs through regular engagement.
- Identifying reciprocal businesses and areas of cooperation whenever there are opportunities.
- Providing one-stop ICT experience to customers covering related Singtel services.
- Ensuring all support or tasks requested by Account Director are done timely and effectively.
- Ensuring that all customers’ pre-sales & post-sales enquiries and works orders, commercial documents, dealings with customers are promptly attended to, documented and kept.
- Ensuring all support or tasks requested by Sales leader are done timely and effectively.
- Engaging customers, deliver presentations, proposals and reports
- Min Degree
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in ICT industry, account management in various industries achieving an excellent sales track record.
- Able to sell the full range of IT/Telecommunications/Cybersecurity solutions
- Proficient in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel (Pivot Table, V-Lookup, formulas)
- Account management experience in handling large volumes of accounts would be a huge plus
- Must be self-driven, energetic, resourceful, creative and good leadership
- Able to build good customer relationship at all levels
- Able to deliver professional sales presentation, proposals and reports.
- Must be proactive and have sense of ownership
