Job Title: KAM – Web Liaison Manager
Role:
Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management
You'll be the go-to web contact for brand, marketing, and IT teams within the client
organisation. That means proactively engaging with stakeholders to get ahead of
upcoming campaigns and digital needs, advising on timelines and feasibility, and
building trusted working relationships across the business.
Intake & Demand Management
You'll own the end-to-end intake process for web requests — from new builds and
feature enhancements to ongoing maintenance. This involves translating business
needs into clear, structured briefs for development teams, assessing technical
feasibility and compliance considerations, and keeping intake trackers, dashboards,
and status reports up to date.
Project Coordination & Delivery
You'll keep projects on track by aligning stakeholders on scope, timelines, and
dependencies, monitoring delivery against SLAs, and flagging risks early. Where
relevant, you'll support agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog grooming.
Quality & Compliance
You'll ensure all web deliverables meet pharmaceutical compliance standards,
including MLR, privacy, accessibility, and data security requirements. You'll coordinate
review cycles, verify adherence to brand and UX guidelines, and support audit
readiness.
Continuous Improvement
You'll identify inefficiencies in intake and delivery workflows, recommend
improvements and automation opportunities, and track KPIs such as turnaround time,
defect rates, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Experience (important):
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 6–10+ years of experience in web project management, web operations, or
client-facing roles
• Prior experience working with pharmaceutical or life sciences clients
• Solid understanding of the website development lifecycle
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, AEM, Drupal, or Veeva Vault
PromoMats)
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Understanding of pharma compliance and MLR processes
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical briefs
Desirable:
• Experience with project management tools and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SVN, or Kanban-based workflows
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations
• Enthusiasm for keeping up with emerging technologies and applying them in
context
• Experience producing root cause analysis (RCA) documents and managing
escalations
• A Master's degree is a plus, but not required
