Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Principal, based in Lakewood, NJ, with the flexibility to work from home for designated tasks. The Principal will oversee the operations of the school, manage academic and administrative staff, and ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key responsibilities include curriculum development, staff evaluation, ensuring compliance with educational standards, fostering strong relationships with parents and the community, and leading initiatives to enhance student performance and engagement.


Qualifications

  • Background in educational leadership, school administration, or curriculum management
  • Strong skills in team management, staff development, and performance evaluation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and curriculum standards
  • Advanced degree in Education Administration, Leadership, or related field; NJDOE principal certification is required
