We’re seeking a new team member to support our client’s media sales team. This temp role involves coordinating marketing efforts, responding to RFPs, managing client relationships, and supporting campaign execution across multimedia and digital platforms. The position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic entertainment environment.


  • Fortune 100 global media company
  • Contract to Jan '27 + extend + growth into a true sales role
  • Onsite in lower Manhattan


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and research teams to develop proposals and respond to RFPs.
  • Coordinate pre-sale activities, including pitch creation and opportunity identification.
  • Support campaign management, ensuring deliverables are met and campaign elements are executed properly.
  • Assist with post-sales activities such as renewal efforts and reporting.
  • Update and maintain client data, sales reports, and campaign documentation.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials for client meetings.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Liaise with creative teams to ensure campaign assets meet client specifications and deadlines.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems.
  • Support billing, invoicing, and contract documentation processes to ensure smooth transaction flow.
  • After one year in the role, contractor may begin prospecting new business (select accounts, including developing account plans, delivering pitches, and driving overall sales activities)


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in addressable ad sales or related media sales roles.
  • Proven proficiency with linear and/or digital media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data for reporting.
  • Experience using Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with media planning and buying processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with media analytics tools and platforms for performance tracking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.
