This high-visibility role offers a unique opportunity to partner with Handshake's leadership and make a significant impact on our financial strategy. Build and maintain a concise operating model with key metrics at a glance for all areas of the business Own long-range planning while managing key business stakeholders towards financial targets Maintain Handshake’s three-statement model to improve capital planning and long-term scenario accuracy Drive investor and board reporting Partner with G&A teams to drive company-wide planning assumptions Lead weekly and monthly business reviews telling a financial story to key leaders Own cash flow modeling for company-wide and division-level insights You Have Must-Haves: 7+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance experience, preferably in a SaaS environment Advanced 3-statement and subscription modeling expertise Strong Excel modeling skills including financial statement and scenario analysis Deep understanding of SaaS KPIs, GAAP fundamentals, and P&L structure Experience owning a full forecast cycle — from building the model to presenting to stakeholders Track record of improving forecast accuracy and building repeatable financial processes Experience partnering cross-functionally with executive stakeholders and financial leadership Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a high-growth environment Bonus Points: Investment banking or similar background Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive, or similar FP&A tools We Offer Handshake delivers benefits that help you feel supported—and thrive at work and in life.
