- Develop business for accounts, incl. basket/ product selling, cross-selling and value based pricing
- Execute customer visits, prepare, coordinate, negotiate, close proposals, respond to RFQs.
- Strong experience in rubber & polymers & construction.
- Identify customer potential and plan to monetize.
- Identify, prioritize and convert prospect business.
- Manage customer related initiatives/ projects.
- Maintain CRM, complete relevant reporting, etc.
- Provides technical knowledge and the expertise required to perform sales activities.
- Conducts customer visits.
- Prepares, coordinates, and negotiates sales proposals and follows up to ensure their completion.
- Is responsible for key/high-potential customers, assigned based on geographic criteria or a specific industry.
- During customer visits or discussions, involves BDM/PM colleagues who have the technical knowledge requested by the customer, when needed.
- Achieves the sales plan through direct sales of products/services in the assigned area.
- Identifies new customers.
- Acts as a point of contact for customers on commercial matters.
- Increases market share for products/services.
- Travels frequently to customers as required by the role and/or job description/additional tasks, or according to group regulations/requirements.
- Updates internal reporting systems (VR/CRM/CRM Projects) on time with relevant information.

Sales and negotiations skills certifications are an advantage.
2-3 years of sales experience
Proven experience in developing and managing a customer portfolio, with a focus on value-added sales and technical consultancy partnership
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or management
- Certification in sales, negotiations are an advantage
- Fluent English.
