This position is for a C&SP (Colocation & Service Provider) Key Account Manager in Singapore, responsible for driving strategic growth and deepening customer engagement with major colocation, cloud, and service provider accounts. This role owns the end-to-end customer relationship, ensuring alignment with key customers’ data center expansion plans, sustainability objectives, and operational resilience requirements.
The Key Account Manager leads business development activities, identifies new opportunities, and coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver integrated critical infrastructure solutions. The position requires strong commercial acumen, technical understanding of data center ecosystems, and the ability to build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders to influence long-term business outcomes.
What will you do?
Key Responsibilities:
- Target Accounts Management : Manage some of target accounts to increase share of wallets for all Schneider Electric offers and solutions
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions accordingly.
- DC Ecosystem players management: Build and maintain good relationships with consultants, contractors and other M&E partners to identify opportunities and prescribe Schneider solutions
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, and operations) and cross-BU sales teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in (Electrical/Mechanical) Engineering, Business, or related field
- +5-8yrs Proven experience managing cloud service provider & Telco communication customers or DC Ecosystem players (Consultants and Enterprise)
- Proven track record in meeting individual quarterly and annual sales targets
- Strong leadership skills working with cross-BU sales team and functional teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
