As we continue to expand our client portfolio, we are seeking an Account Manager to support and grow key client relationships across both advisory and execution workstreams within a lean, high-performance team.

Role Overview
This is a client-facing role responsible for managing and growing key accounts across the agency’s Digital Advisory and execution services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating cross-functional teams across Paid Media, CRM, Amazon, CRO, and Creative. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys owning client relationships, driving performance, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Account Management
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact across a portfolio of client accounts
- Lead weekly client calls, performance reviews, and ongoing communications
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure alignment to business goals and KPIs
Strategy & Growth
- Translate client objectives into actionable digital strategies across Paid Media, CRM, Amazon, CRO, and Organic Social
- Partner with internal channel leads to develop integrated growth plans
- Identify opportunities to expand scope and drive incremental revenue across accounts
Cross-Functional Execution
- Coordinate internal teams (strategy, paid media, CRM, creative, Amazon, CRO) to ensure seamless execution
- Translate client needs into clear briefs, priorities, and deliverables
- Ensure all workstreams are aligned, on time, and delivered to a high standard
Performance & Reporting
- Oversee delivery of weekly and monthly reporting tied to revenue, CAC, MER, and contribution margin
- Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Monitor trends and proactively identify risks and growth opportunities
Project Management & Operations
- Manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables across multiple accounts
- Maintain structured processes, documentation, and communication cadence
- Support onboarding of new clients and ongoing account organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4–7+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing (agency or consulting preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Paid Media, CRM/Retention, Amazon/Marketplace, CRO)
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
