Title: Accounting Manager

Location: Houston, TX - (hybrid 2-3 days/week)

Duration: Full-time (direct hire)

Compensation Range (pending experience):

• $130k-$170K
• With STI: 20% and LTI: 20%
• 401k matching up to 9%
• Healthcare - The company covers between 72% and 85% of the annual premiums depending on the plan chosen by the employee.

About the Role:

This individual will be a Accounting Manager for a well-capitalized company where your public accounting background translates into meaningful ownership over financial reporting and project work, not just another spot in a large hierarchy. You’ll gain broad exposure to operations, work closely with senior leaders, and be trusted with real responsibility in a flexible, professional environment

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Auditing Experience
• Mining, metals, or oil/gas experience
• Lease Accounting, Fixed Asset accounting and disclosure, Asset Retirement obligations, Inventory and cost accounting, Accounting for Income Taxes
• SAP Exposure
• Excel
• Proactive and entrepreneurial drive with ability to work in a dynamic and high-pressure work environment.

Preferred Skills:

• S/4HANA
• CPA
