What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a biocides portfolio, translating global and regional strategies into smart, customer‑focused sales execution
- Lead strategic, multi‑year negotiations with key accounts, delivering sustainable, win‑win solutions
- Bring the full power of LANXESS to the table by collaborating closely with Marketing, Technical, Sales, and Business Management teams
- Solve real‑world customer challenges by delivering integrated business and technical solutions
- Represent LANXESS at industry trade shows and events, strengthening our market presence and industry relationships
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of success in chemical sales (biocides experience is a strong plus)
- Hands‑on experience selling into markets such as Paints & Coatings, Adhesives, Elastomers, Water Treatment, or similar industries
- A natural ability to build trust, negotiate confidently, and communicate clearly at all levels
- A customer‑first mindset with the discipline to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfort using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office to manage opportunities and insights
- Flexibility to travel across the U.S. and Canada
