About the Role
An established global manufacturer within the HVAC and thermal systems industry is seeking an Account Manager to support growth across the commercial heating and cooling market.
This position will focus on developing relationships with OEMs, contractors, engineers, and system manufacturers while driving business growth across hydronic and HVAC applications.
The role combines business development, strategic account management, and technical sales, with a strong emphasis on market expansion and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within commercial HVAC markets
- Manage and grow relationships with customers, engineers, contractors, and partners
- Drive sales growth across key product lines and applications
- Identify market trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities
- Support strategic sales and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams
- Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and conferences
- Support forecasting, planning, and long-term account development activities
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of HVAC sales or business development experience
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience working with commercial HVAC systems or hydronic applications
- Ability to manage both existing accounts and new business activity
- Comfortable with regular travel
