We are seeking an Account Manager to support and grow client relationships across our portfolio. This is a direct-hire, on-site position located in San Diego, CA. This role will serve as a strategic liaison between Superlanet, our healthcare clients, and internal recruiting teams to ensure the successful delivery of talent solutions across Epic and other IT-related initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and experience in recruiting, staffing, healthcare IT, or another client-facing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within healthcare IT consulting and strategic account management.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital and health system clients
- Partner closely with recruiting teams to support active staffing initiatives and ensure timely candidate delivery
- Coordinate interviews, client feedback, onboarding activities, and hiring logistics
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for both clients and consultants throughout engagements
- Conduct regular client check-ins to identify staffing needs, project updates, and growth opportunities
- Support expansion efforts within existing accounts through relationship building and strategic communication
- Track account activity, hiring progress, and client updates within internal systems
- Collaborate with leadership on account strategy, delivery priorities, and operational improvements
- Ensure a high level of customer service and responsiveness across all client interactions
- Maintain awareness of healthcare IT industry trends, staffing market conditions, and client initiatives
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, account management, healthcare IT, or another client-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience coordinating interviews, onboarding, or client deliverables preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare IT, Epic, or hospital environments is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ATS/CRM systems, AI tools, and virtual communication platforms
Compensation
- This role offers a base salary, plus commission and performance-based bonuses tied to individual performance, role expectations, and business results.
