Job Title: Senior Account Executive (Education Sector)

A fast-growing startup is hiring an Account Executive with experience in the education sector to help drive new business and expand relationships. This role is fully remote and focused on selling CRM software solutions in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospect new leads and generate outbound opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at prospective and existing accounts
  • Deliver tailored CRM product demos and presentations based on client pain points
  • Identify and execute strategic partnership opportunities to boost revenue
  • Hit or exceed individual revenue and sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and support teams for aligned sales strategies
  • Track market trends, competitors, and evolving customer needs
  • Host monthly webinars and participate in targeted industry events
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting to leadership
  • Travel occasionally and thrive in a startup culture


Must-Haves (Don’t Apply Without These)

  • 5–7 years of proven success in SaaS/CRM software sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Deep understanding of CRM software solutions (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, goal-driven environments


You’ll Stand Out If You…

  • Have experience selling into the education sectors (REQUIRED)
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Definitive Healthcare
  • Can break down complex software concepts in a way clients understand
