Job Description: Product Manager - Digital Healthcare
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Are you a high-impact Senior Product Manager with a strong ability to combine strategy and hands-on execution? Join a fast-scaling digital healthcare environment and lead the evolution of a flagship healthcare platform in Abu Dhabi.

Role Overview

• Lead product ownership for an established digital healthcare application
• Operate within a high-growth, high-performance Product team
• Report directly to the Product Lead and work closely with senior leadership

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, including senior-level ownership of digital products
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, customer-facing digital platforms
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and design thinking
• Ability to balance product strategy with hands-on delivery execution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with cross-functional exposure (business + technology)
• Experience in Healthcare or product-based companies or top-tier consulting firms (digital practice)
• Passion for emerging technologies (AI, digital transformation, mobile platforms)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (strong preference)
• Healthcare or digital health experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of specific product modules, from ideation to deployment
• Define and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with the Product Lead
• Manage the full product lifecycle: scope definition, stakeholder discussions, development, testing, and release
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, business, and external partners
• Drive product strategy alignment with business objectives and user needs
• Oversee product quality, timelines, risks, and delivery performance
• Engage with senior and high-level stakeholders, including executive leadership
• Mentor Product Managers and promote best practices across the product organization
• Ensure continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and user feedback
