【Job Responsibilities】
- Business Development: Responsible for the sales of automatic cooking robots within the assigned region; develop and execute regional sales plans to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Client Acquisition: Deeply explore the To B market, focusing on expanding channel clients such as chain restaurant brands, star-rated hotels, group meal enterprises (canteens/fast food), central kitchens, and institutional logistics.
- Solution Presentation: Clearly articulate the product's Return on Investment (ROI) and application value to clients through professional on-site demonstrations and data comparisons; manage the entire process from lead generation to contract signing and payment collection.
- Channel Management: Maintain key account relationships, while actively developing and managing the network of distributors/agents within the region to increase market coverage.
【Job Requirements】
- Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above; proficiency in Chinese required.
- Work Experience: More than 3 years of practical experience in To B sales; familiarity with the local catering or commercial equipment market. Candidates with a background in commercial kitchen equipment, food and beverage supply chain, SaaS software, or hotel supplies are preferred.
- Professional Skills: Possess excellent business negotiation skills and the ability to communicate with key clients; capable of quickly building trust with high-level contacts such as restaurant owners and executive chefs.
- Professional Attributes: Results-oriented, with strong self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure.
